BG Shooting Supplies is online source for all your shooting needs
BG Shooting Supplies is owned and run by Brian Goree, based in Surrey UK.
Brian is an avid shooter and is passionate about selling (and buying) high quality firearms. He has held a Firearms Licence since 1978, and since becoming a UK Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD), he can now source and sell firearms to certified members of the public.
Who We Are
Brian has had an interest in firearms for over 50 years and as young boys, he and his brother would always be 'packing (pretend) iron', playing cowboys and watching Westerns and War films.
Upon receiving his very first Western history book, he soon realised that:
- There were guns other than the M 1892 Winchester and Colt Peacemaker
- 'Goodies' didn't always wear white hats...
- ... and that they were, more often than not, 'badder' than the bad guys
- Real guns don't hold as many bullets as Hollywood guns
- Most of the guns in Western films aren't period correct
Brian is passionate about anything and everything to do with firearms, from how they operate, to the history and provenance of each item.
Brian wanted to channel his passion into creating an online business dedicated to sourcing both Military firearms and American West firearms (antiques and reproductions). In addition to this, Brian casts his own bullets for various types of guns, all of which can be found within the Online Shop.
